Indigo Healthcare are interested in seeing CVs of any doctors looking for opportunities at Specialty doctor Level to join the Emergency Medical Team at the Worcestershire acute hospitals NHS Trust.

Fixed Term Position.


£45,124 - £77,519

Job Overview:

Applications are being sought to join the Emergency Medicine (A&E) team. The applicant information pack will provide you with the post details including the job description and person specification, job plan, and departmental structure. Supplementary information or CVs cannot be accepted. the job description for this role will have approval of your Royal College.

Posts advertised as full-time will be contracted at 10 programmed activities. Any additional programmed activities agreed with the appointed candidate above this level will be under separate agreement, renewable on an annual basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions. The Trust is committed to flexible working and welcomes invitations from applicants seeking to work on a flexible or part-time basis.

Applicants will have completed at least four years’ full-time postgraduate training (or equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis, at least two of which will be in a specialty training programme in a relevant specialty or as a fixed term specialty trainee in a relevant specialty.) Alternatively, applicants shall have the equivalent experience and competencies of this specialist training. You should also hold full registration with the GMC prior to commencing employment in this post.

Essential Criteria:

  • MRCEM.
  • Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
  • 4+ Years of experience postgraduate Training
  • 2 Years’ experience in Emergency Medicine.
  • Minimum 6 Months UK experience In Emergency Medicine
  • Current ALS certificate
