Join Our Team as a Consultant in Orthodontics

About the Job:

We're seeking applicants for the position of Consultant in Orthodontics, working 6 sessions per week. This role will be based at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, with occasional clinical commitments in Stranraer at the Galloway Community Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and advisory services to patients referred to the Orthodontic Department at DGRI.
• Focus on the interdisciplinary management of Dentofacial/Craniofacial and Hypodontia patients.
• Share responsibility with Consultant colleagues for the proper functioning of the Department.
• Contribute to the professional supervision and management of Training Grade staff.
• Take on the role of Clinical Lead of the established MCN in Orthodontics.
