We a have an excellent requirement for Haematologists to join a University Hospital Trust based in the North of the UK who are proud to say that they are the best performing Haematology team in the region.
I am looking for candidates who can work at Specialist level.
2 & 3 year CoS will be available.
Essential role details:
The Haematologists I am looking for needs to be able to deliver 1 PA out of 10 in the lab - the majority of the work is clinical. (9 out of 10 PAs).
The Clinical Lead particularly likes Drs who have good clinical experience and training.
The candidates will be expected to work 3 clinics per week, ward rounds (ward patients aren't under direct care of the consultants however and there will be 5 patients max) , lab work, 1:6 on-call.
There is also a consultant lead on-call.
The site has it's own chemo and day unit.
You would look after day cases with no overnight stay.
There is an option to do non cancer work.
All nurse specialists are very good.
